One of this fall's big news for Prinsens Sill och Sallader is our delicious Hjortron sauce. It goes perfectly with both salmon and cold cuts or why not with a good Västerbotten cheese pie. - Requests have come from several of our customers who run their own salmon smokehouses to develop a really good cloudberry sauce, says Marcus Holmström at Prinsens [...].
In response to customer requests, Prinsens Sill och Sallader has developed six different liquor bags with good flavors to easily and quickly prepare ready-made dishes. The liquor bags are only sold to wholesalers. The six different mixes contain cream cheese and have flavors that are inspired by the Mediterranean and our own original Swedish Norrland. Prinsens Sill och Sallader is pleased to have started a new collaboration with the wholesale company Gourmeprodukter in Skåne.
